Point-of-View
Content design—or UX writing or content strategy—is broadly defined, misunderstood, and absolutely essential. Across projects, I have seen that copy is as essential as type when it comes to designing excellent experiences. I love to collaborate with other designers (visual, interaction, motion, and more) and believe that user research is an important part of grounding and validating content design choices. Like all UX practitioners, I believe content designers have a responsibility to create ethical, considerate products.
