Challenge
Blink is a consulting firm, and the greatest asset is the individual consultants’ experience. Sharing actionable expertise from subject matter experts (SMEs) was cornerstone of the overall marketing strategy. But busy SMEs rarely have the bandwidth to craft white papers and articles from start to finish.
Solution
Through group interviews, 1-on-1 conversations, and internal briefings, I gathered insights and points-of-view from subject matter experts in the design and research practice at Blink. From there, in collaboration with colleagues, I crafted content for blinkux.com, as well as promotions and sales enablement materials based on the SME insights.
